O'Day 28 prop pitch

I posted this before, but I can't find the topic anywhere, so I'll try again -

I have an O'Day 28 with the Yanmar 1 cylinder and a 13", two-blade MaxProp. Does anyone know, or know where I can find out, what the recommended pitch would be?

My understanding is that you want to look at your RPMs at wide open throttle (WOT). Yanmar should be able to tell you what the RPMs at WOT should be for that engine. If your RPMs are lower than recommended, you're overpitched (I think). If your rpms at wot are greater than recommended, you're underpitched. Then if you have a good prop shop near you, they can help you out with what prop to use.
