They haven't even predicted its path yet. If you're leaving this week, I'd suspect you'll be OK. (I assume you're talking about the delivery of your new boat.)

Weather authority

I am not any kind of weather authority, but I do know these things don't ever move very fast. I would think that one is far enough away for it to be a least ten days to two weeks, before it could have any effect on the gulf coast.

The forecast people are predicting that it will curve north and remain in the Atlantic..

thats what i was getting at kloudie, i thought it might be far enough south to make it over into the gulf. we made it back by the way, ballerina took good care of us even though we made some mistakes, bridges now tremble in fear at her approach.
