Mac race we will be doing this race for the 3rd time and look really forward to it. We have an aggressive crew that has been working very hard on the boat taking care of those last minute things. We will be docked at the Columbian Yacht club Thursday & Friday for any Hunter sailors that are interested. For a old heavy boat this one races very well.

This will be our second effort at the Mac, the last time was 2005. I hear you about getting those last minute things taken care of. We'll actually have two HOW members on board. Alan Orr, who races his 35.5 very competitively out in Long Island, has graciously accepted my invitation to come out and race with me. I'm not so sure I'd call the crew aggressive, but they will be giving it their all. Part of that crew will include my wife, my oldest daughter, and son. I'll look for you Friday night. Hunter 45 is no slouch
I've raced a great deal on an H40 which is the smaller version of your 45. These boats are extremely competitive when set up. What is your rating? Around here a 45 rates about 72. Looking forward to this event. Getting my t shirts washed b/c ESPN will be there filming. Don't listen to TJ about the crew, they'll be looking for blood when the time comes ;D Best of luck, kick ass and take no prisoners!

72 hdcp and yes it sails well it has been Gold Cupper on our Wednesday night racing and won several overall races. This race is awful lot of being in the right place at the right time. See Ya there.
