My Mac 25 swivel cam cleat does not have a block but rather just a fairlead. I can find little reference to this, but the rest of the Mac's that I have seen have a block. Can anyone point me in the right direction of whats going on here?

Is that for your main sheets? If so you are right most have a fiddle block with a becket. They also have a fiddle block on the boom and a single block on the starboard side. Here is a diagram.
If its your genoa sheet that is basically what I use instead of a fairlead.
