Just bought 892

Hello all,

I just bought FKTR 892. I'll be sailing on Lake Norman in North Carolina and the boat is called Covadonga.

Welcome aboard. Will you be racing? Daysailing? Weekending? All of the above? I recall that Lake Norman has a pretty active sailing scene.

Yes, we'll be doing all of the above! I'm doing a little polishing and changing boat numbers then I'll be taking it over to the lake.

Fascinating in my youth my family had a boat at LNSC (Lake Norman Sailing Club)... later years, up until about 1995ish my brother had his boat also at LNSC. Great lake. Very fond memories of that water.
