Islander 28 Bolts for Prop Shaft Support

So the diver that cleans the bottom of my boat said a plate under the aft end just forward of the prop is showing some play. I can see the 4 bolts that he is speaking of from inside under the gas tank. They look rather old and only 2 of the 4 are grounded. Anyone ever mess with these guys? Curious of their purpose and ease of fixing.
