Masthead Sails in St. Petersburg, Florida sells used sails. Some maybe were made for the particular boat and the customer didn't show up to receive the finished produce. Others are cut from gently used sails made for other boats. Their number is in the book. They quoted me a great price on a 'new' mainsail for my '84CC38' but I ultimately decided to have one made from scratch.
