How to remove interior ceiling panels?

Have a 2003 B44. It has white "tiles" or panels attached to ceiling with what appear to be scews with white caps? really not sure but i need to remove one to replace some velcro put in place holding a side up.

This ought to be straight forward however i cannot figure out how to remove these little knobs.

Anyone know?

The easiest is to use a side (cable) cutter and hold the cap "lightly" and twist. The cap will pop out exposing the screw underneath. A painters' scraper will also work but have some danger of damaging the ceiling tile.
