How does the Catalina 375 compare to the C36?

I don't know who or where to ask this. Can any of the C36/C375 sailors here give any insight on how different these boats are? As I understand it the 375 was the replacement for the C36 but had a short run before the new 5 series boats came out. Are they similar in sailing characteristics? Any pros and cons for the 375?
