M25 heat exchanger
We would be happy to supply a new heat exchanger for you. Universal increased the size of this tube bundle from two inch diameter to three in 1991. Most engines never knew the difference but, when a problem such as yours arose, plugging off the offending individual tube was not an option. The part you need is #299835. You will also need a couple of larger clamps and probably some new padding to put between the new exchanger and the mounting bracket. You will also have to modify the curve on the mounting bracket. This can be done by shaping the bracket to a piece of three inch iron pipe. Let us know if we can help. We usually have a heat exchanger bundle in stock. The current price is $358.15.
