Headsail dimensions

Does anyone know the measurements of a 135 and 150 jib for a 87 H23? Thanks

Head sail sizes

I was told that you measure the distance from your forstay to mast at deck level: This distance would be a 100% jib. Now a 150% would be 1 and 1/2 the distance or 150%. I just pull the sail back snug on one side and view from the dock. You can pretty much judge what sail it is. Scott "No Alibi"

LP relative to J

I think the measurement is LP (perpendicular measure from luff to clew) relative to J (horizontal measure from tack to mast).

Here You Go

The J is 8'6" and the I is 26'. so that would make the foot length for a 150 12'9". The 135 foot length would be around 11'6". Remmember a 150%is fifty percent past the mast so a 100% is at the mast and the foot lenth would be around 8'6". Cliff
