Gooseneck On 1992 Hunter 33.5

Does anyone have a picture of how the boom is attached to the mask with the gooseneck. My boom 'poped' off and there was a steel .5 dia 4.5 length pin on the deck with a couple of washers. The pin had a small through hole half way down. Did other parts go overboard? I had to leave without getting any pictures. I am holding it up with a halyard and some webbing. Any thoughts?

I'll be on my boat (also a '92) this weekend and will try to remember to take some photos. Our mast and boom, however, are not original so I'm not if the pictures will be of help, but I'll take some anyway.
