Fuel level sender
There are several brands of senders available. These units are not engine specific. To get the right one, you have to get some info from the one that is there, or at least the manufacturers name from the display and the depth of the tank. Most senders have identifing information stamped into the cover plate. Diesel Direct has some senders in stock and would be happy to help you out.
