From the front porch

We're very lucky- our view of Cozy Harbor from the front porch. We bought the house in 1974 for 25K (it was a huge fixer-upper), and have no water front taxes but all the amenities......Two boys and a Muskrat later we're still here!

Nice Jon, the photo doesn't open full size though. Our last boat spent a few years in the Boothbay area before we moved to Maine. We loved it there, especially Southport.
