Electrical Panel

My S2 8.0c has a pair of red lighted switches on the electrical panel that are not labeled. Does anyone else have these type of switches and if so what do they do?

I understand that you can't speak to my setup but I'm curious about yours.

On my panel I had one that wasn't labeled. It was a spare breaker to be used for something else. I used it as the power for another panel.
