I have lose stansions/ bow pulpit and stern rail. The stern rail and stansions seemed easy enough to fix. Not alot of rot, but I started taking off a couple of useless cleats on the bow, and found a mess. I was wondering if anyone has replaced a large section of their deck. It seems like a large portion of the core is rotted out. I started using the drill some holes/ dig out the rotted core method, but am finding out it might need replaced pretty far back. I am thinking from the point at the bow, back about 2.5 to 3 feet. Any suggestions?
