hello all, i am new to this site and am looking at purchasing a CSY 37 plan A. I have some questions i hope some of you can answer from personal experience. I am interested in the CSY 37's sailing performance. what speed sailing can i expect in 10-15knots of wind. What is the tracking like. In trade wind conditions- 15-25knots how does the boat handle. Does she plow through waves or go over the top of them. IS the steering sensitive or do you have to make a lot of turns to get the boat to react. Motoring- what is the average cruising speed you can expect. how does she act when motor sailing, ie main and motor? What is the stability like, rocky or like a platform in moderate seas. I am looking to do extensive offshore cruising and possibly a circum nav. Is this the right boat for the job and will she sail fast under downwind conditions and stay on course. It looks like i would remove the stern head and cabin and create a office area and a pilot berth. ANy comments on this conversion would be greatly appreciated- any other information or commments would be greatly appreciated. I am looking at flying out to check out a boat in the carribean and would like to get as much information before i fork over the plane ticket $. Thanks, Jody
