Cooler Step

Has anyone replaced with an actual step? Thinking of that or a wooden utility box made to fit.

Somebody here did it with a MkII. I think it was CaptDon, who isn't around anymore. He used it for a liquor cabinet if I recall correctly.

Daydream came with a set of proper steps. Not sure where they came from, but they definitely appeared to be commercially made. I eventually threw them away, since a cooler was always necessary anyway ...

Built half inch plywood box size of the cooler for use when daysailing. Made the front and back open, that way I can slide inside smaller cooler or can remove extra gear stored under cockpit floor. As said, great for daysailing where I do not have to handle large cooler.
