While at anchor,the board bangs when boat rocks.Is there a way to fix it,and what should I expect when I remove it.Had a broken screw in one of the plates that hold the wedges in place,which in turn holds the board in place.When I removed the plate,noticed what seemed like a silicone gasket under the plates.Can I use some kind of a sealer there,or whats your suggestion.
