I just hung up with Catalina Direct. This was the second call today. Neither person I spoke with would give me their name. Parts they sent me were not what I asked for. Catalog isn't what I believe they try to represent it as. All helpful hint pages seem to require you to buy their video or kit. Everything else looks like ads for their parts. The last gentleman I spoke with claimed to be the owner of the company. Refused to give me his name when I asked him four times, then hung up on me. I will never do business with these people, EVER! Has anyone else had any problems with them. I am filing with the Better Business Bureau when they open tomorrow. Thanks for your input, It will be greatly appreciated. Tim.

Tim, I've dealt with these folks for two years and have been quite pleased with them. I did talk with a real smuck on the tech support line last week but that was the first time I've had a problem. I'd give them another try if for no other reason than they add value to our boats. -Tim

Two orders, two perfect experiences
I have been impressed with their service. I ordered masthead sheaves and then a sink drain about 4 months apart. Great phone order service (it was a woman both times) and delivery both times in two days via express mail. Hopefully it wasn't the owner on the other end and someone there realizes the problem soon.

Been good to me for the past 2 years. Back ordered one thing and even called me up to ask if I didn't mind a partial order. No complaints from me. I'll keep using their service. Campy out!

Good folks to deal with
The folks at Catalina direct have been great to work with. They have helped me out a lot. My only complaint is that some of their kits don't have all of the instructions you may need, bot overall a great company.

It took a million years to receive my order but they told me that from the get go. Hard to get a return call but overall, I was satisfied. Everyone was always pleasant. A lot of companies won't give names anymore for security reasons - don't want some angry customer stalking them!
