Three 22's
The main difference is catalina 22mk2 is the cruiser, coming with swing, fixed fin or wing keel. The 22 sport is more like the oringinal 22 catalina to allow it to race with the older version catalina 22, swing keel. The capri 22 is the faster one of the three, coming with a fin or wing keel. I own a capri 22 a love it. I do not race but like to as fast as possible. I do spend weekends on it all the time. My boat is a fin keel and I leave it in the water year round. If you need to trailer and do not have access to a lift look into a wing keel or one of the other catalina with a swing keel.
