I bought a 1991 Macgregor 26 last year and am very pleased with it.It has a both a jib sail and a 150 genoa. I was impressed with the genoa sail in light winds.Sometimes we have sudden changes in weather, so I have been pondering the purchase of a storm jib. My wife wants us to just install a furling jib.My questions are:In light winds I presume a 105 furling jib would not hold the wind as good a my 150 genoa - any comments ??Is there anyway that I can still use my genoa if I switch to a furling jib? In bad weather does a partially furled jib work as well as a storm jib . Thanks for any repliesMorleyPS Can"t you hardly wait for sailing saeason !!!
