Bow rail replacement

I damaged the bow rail on my 2001 26X. I can't get at the nuts holding the rail on. They are between the double hull. Thinking I will have to cut a hole in the anchor storage compartment. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks. Dave

Thanks. I got the new bow railing from Blue Water Yachts and they had some suggestions for what might work, but still looking for some someone who has done it to give me some advice.
