Anybody recommend a certain brand of a jack line system, and how well do you like it? Is it a significant improvement over nothing at all? Does it interfere with and/or incorporate with the mainsail cover?
Any jack line systems anybody would recommend for a 2000Mac 26X?

I purchased my jacklines here WEST MARINE Polyester Webbing Jacklines | West Marine and they work fine, plus easily stored in an included bag. They attach to stern and bow cleats and run along the sides of the cabin as shown below. No interference I have found. Be sure to purchase a good tether of reasonable length and install padeye in the cockpit to attach your tether to. Also suggest getting an inflatable PFD with built-in harness to attach the tether to.
