Another fuel tank replacement

I pulled my fuel tank today. Yesterday had to Gerry can approx 35 gal off the boat. It didn't get used as intended. Tomorrow is getting it out and home. Should be easy with helper. Hopefully pic is attached

That's one of the things I really love about this boat. This is the second one I've had over the years. Everything is accessible without tearing the boat apart or compromise. The only exception would probably be the bow tank and I hope it never leaks (holding). I'm not even sure how it's constructed.

Yes. We did have a water tank fail last winter and caught it in time. So the other water tank and the fuel tank came out this last weekend. The fuel tank was sitting on basically pads of outdoor commercial carpet glued to the hull. The forward pads were pretty damp with diesel. I think I caught it just in time. Looking at the tank, there is some corrosion right at a multi angle weld.
