Anode Heat Exchanger

I recently-last year- purchased a 1990 Oceanis 350

Engine power is a Volvo Penta Marine Diesel Model # 2003

it has fresh water cooling.

Could someone please confirm that this engine has no Anodes ( Zincs) either at the engine block ( no need as it is fresh water cooled) or at the Heat Exchanger.

Your help would be appreciated

I have a D2-75 Volvo,and it has no anodes. Sure is unusual, but that is what I am told. Ring up your local Volvo dealer, and ask him.

I have a D2-55 Volvo and no engine anodes.

Thanks for the replays, much appreciated. There are indeed certain engines( heat exchangers that have no anodes
depending on the material the heat exchanger has been manufactured from
