I don't see many of these. The boat looks a little "tired", but at some point a real sailor owned her and loved her. Notice the aluminum toe rail, the lines all led aft (including two reefs), the ground tackle with roller, hawse, and chain locker under the V berth. The trailer is just painted steel, but that means she was probably always a fresh water boat, possibly always in the dry climate of Arizona - meaning little chance for deck rot.
