Following up on a message from last week, does anyone know what the rated and recommended cruise rpm are for the 2QM15 as installed in the 78-83 hunter 33's? The engines look like a 2gm, but mine (1980 33) has a data plate on it that says 15 hp at 3000, not the usually quoted 3400-3600 for the 2gm series. I usually run between 2100 and 2600, so it is not a problem for me, but I would like to know what the real numbers are. Any body got a engine manual for the 2QM15 so we can get the real answer?
