Everyone knows that only Macgregor sail boats sink, either because they are unsafe and cheap or the skipper is inept and tried to sail it in the ocean...

if your boat has an aluminum /rubber rubrail you can (carefully), pull out the rubber and unscrew the aluminum pieces. then you can probably cut the deck off with a sabresaw. obviously this is getting into a major rebuild and should only be done indoors.
