When replacing exterior teak, you should consider using synthetic teak, no maintenance, always looks good. I've used teak lumber from Home - PlasTEAK Inc., solid color all the way through. Good people and products. They will custom make anything you want or you can shape it yourself (much cheaper).

Suggest an internet search on "sailboat cabin top teak rails" to find them on sites like this Handrail Teak, 7 Loop, OEM, C-25, C-27 (pr) (catalinadirect.com) and Fawcett Boat Supplies. Then find the one that match the number of loops (7 as shown in the Catalina 27 photo below) and length.
