Hi, not exactly sure but recall it being around 2k shipped and crated from Foss Foam CA. Very nice product, made from Vinylester and has held well over the past 4 years. For the back stay question this thread is a few years old, you figure out how to answer your own questions.
I found the listing on your boat, its interesting since it certainly is the tall rig but without some keel modifications and in line spreaders. Hornet also lacks a headliner and has a larger boom, I take about a 21 second rating hit over a factory boat and is balsa cored hull and eck...
Sorry for not keeping track of this thread. I uploaded a few pictures of Hornet to show the rig, sail plan and keel. The rudder was replace with a new design from Foss Foam, the new design improved the airfoil due to the orig rudder being wet.

O'day 34 Peformance Rudder
I need to replace my rudder (Hornet O34 Modified). Has anyone had any experience with the re-designed "performance" rudder from Foss Foam for their O 34/35?
Boat is a little different, I understand the basics. Hydraulic back stay adjuster, was looking to see the PSI. Of course to complicate things more, the rig I have is a custom double spreader rod rigging.
