    Replacement bulbs

Im finding that out. I had figured a kit would arrive at the dealer and they would assemble the boat. That seems to not be the case.

    Replacement bulbs

I bought the boat in 2012 From the original owner who had put almost 50 hours on the engine. I’m sure the bulbs are original. Most likely though, someone will go up the mast.

    Replacement bulbs

Keeping in mind that this is a five year old thread. Before I go up the mast, is there anyway to know what the steaming and anchor lights are? I’d like to simply be able to replace the bulbs if that is my problem.

Diagnosing a problem with the shower pump

Diagnosing a problem with the shower pump

On my B343, the shower pump has worked just fine in the time I’ve owned the boat. I don’t use it often, really just to empty out the water after cleaning the head. This week, I did the cleaning and the pump went on and no water drained. I managed to empty it by removing the cover to the drain...

Polar chart for a beneteau 343

I’m pretty sure it is the knot meter. We would put in 10-12 hour days so the tide would have gone both directions.

Polar chart for a beneteau 343

After a long trip, I’ve confirmed the problem is the knot meter. It always showed 1.4-1.6 knots slower than our gps’s
