Das sind Teakleisten, die aufgeklebt, dann mit Schwarzer Masse ausgegossen und geschliffen wurden. Sieht immer noch aus wie neu.....

This is the final result. IT LOOKS GREAT. Can wait to open my cold Beck dark. Cheers.

Top stripe goes on next. Left a 16 inc opening at the rear of the stripe for my new HUNTER decal.

It took 1 quart of Interlux 2 part paint. Two coats did a great job.

Spent all day friday taping the boat. Boot stripe is 2" and 1" above bottom paint. Top stripe is 2" below toe rail and is 2" wide. Left friday late. Saturday morning, it rained buckets and the boat finally dried sunday. On Monday I had to re-tape and re cover the boat all over again. It better be worth it.

Its hard to see on this picture but after leveling the boat by working on the stands, I set up my construction laser and shot a line at night. I used the skum line as a reference point. The actual painted boot stripe was too low and barnacles had attached themselves to the boot stripe and left craters after removing them. I raised the stripe by 4 inches.
