The former colour scheme, probably as it came out of the Catalina factory in the early 80's. Looked good but needed freshening up.
After the first coat of Interlux Brightside, in a beautiful Sapphire Blue colour scheme.
After dewaxing, sanding, and the first coat of white Interlux Prekote, the second primer was mixed with approx. 30% top coat which helps give the topcoats more depth.
If this photo doesn't date the boat, not sure what would !! Definitely that 80's thing happening. It had to go !!!
