How about that, triducer (speed, temp, depth) fit perfectly in the existing through hull.. I had 2 from "Standard Horizon" of transducers... I left the Depth one in place for a later day, which I MAY actually remove and install another triducer for a backup to swap out in case one gives me grief (beats fiberglassing up another hole).
Crib boards in place.. Needless to say I sanded them down, and varnished (5 coats) to fix them up. They are real teak veneer plywood. I will eventually be building 1" thick starboard 2 piece crib boards. It'll be easier.
This is the ugly side of the wiring... note the size of the VHF, that has built in GPS for DSC... neat little VHF... also the black thing hung on the bottom of the starboard is velcroed on remote control for the stereo. One can then grab it, adjust the stereo, and stick it back while on the fly then.

Tiller pilot gets fitted up, using crib board to check placement.
Mast is off, look how pasty white it is... paint has finally given up in many locations.
Yep we have power now to the SIMRAD IS 20 stuff, great to see it come alive!
