After the first two cuts
I assembled both legs onto a 2 x 6 using exterior screws and glue.
Starboard leg in place to check fit
Measured out to cut the height
After the first two cuts
I transferred the height to the side walls using a 2x6 to keep the angle.
I scribed the 'leg' to match the different angles and cut it to fit.
This image shows how far we moved the wall. An 8.25" change.
