Hi Zebulun,
I sail a 2001 Capri 22 FKTR (Fin Keel, Tall Rig). I'm up in Albany and sail on Fern Ridge Reservoir near Eugene. Good sailing and a huge sailing community up here until they drain the lake for the winter (starts next week). There are at least 3 other Capri 22's on Fern Ridge, plus several 18's and even a 16 (looks like a Mini-Me Capri). I've only met the owner of one of the other Capri 22's - a couple from Roseburg with a SRWK (standard rig, wing keel).
I presume you're at the Tenmile lake on the coast between Reedsport and Coos Bay? I went to HS in Coos Bay; only been back a few times since I left to go to OSU 30+ years ago. Don't think I ever went out on a boat on Tenmile Lake, though we were out there once or twice. Didn't realize it was big/deep enough to handle a 22 footer. How's the water depth and sailing?
You should also check out the Capri 22 National Association site:
