Winterizing a Honda 9.9 Power Thrust 4 Stroke Motor

OK... So we returned from our trip to Perdido Bay last month and were hoping for another warm weekend here in Kentucky. Doesn't look like we will be getting one soon. So off comes the motor and winterizing. So, what should I do before storing my motor? It hasn't run since Perdido Bay. Flush? Oil? Sea Foam? I'd love to hear some thoughts... I store it indoors, in the garage but it will freeze out there at some point.

I sail all year in a similar climate. The water drains. I've never winterized an outboard.

Yes, you change to oil once a year, so now would be good. Seafoam has tested well, but Biobor EB or Merc Quick Stor are better.
