What is the stern pulpit tubing O.D.?

Could someone let me know the outside diameter of the topmost stainless tube on the stern pulpit. Is it one inch? or inch and a quarter?

I am away from my 309 at the moment.

Generally Catalina has used 1" OD. My 310 was 1". I can't imagine that would use 1 1/4..
