My Hunter 460 seems to have a water leak in the forward starboard tank. I have filled the tank up completely and then the next day it is empty when I leave the valve open. However when I fill up the tank and close the valve the tank stays full. Could this be a defective selector valve? Thanks

Put food coloring in slightly filled water tank.
Put paper towel sheets from valve to the next connection/splitter.
Open valve and count to ten.
Close valve and look for stains on towels.
If you see stains, open valve and find leak at valve or connection or in the hose run.
If not, move the sheets to the next section and repeat the above.
I'm assuming that the water pressure pump is off.
Sometimes you can confirm leak path by looking for food color track to the bilge.
