O'day 25 Virginia
Not the best video but it is something.
Lesson learned
Use the mainsail halyard and not the topping lift (my preference)(its a bigger piece of line)
Make sure your mainsheet is super long or take less turns in the tackle I ended up on top of the deck feeding it back through the block to get the extra length I needed
Watch the mast as it gets all the way down and you start disconnecting the shrouds the mast wants to roll.
Can be done with 2 people but 3 is better, safer, and less stressful

My wife and I use the same method on our Oday 25. I built a vertical mast support that attaches to the front of the trailer that gets the mast moment a little farther out than the pulpit. Then using muscle I can hold the mast while she pulls the tabernacle pin. Then we carefully move it back so it is balanced over the center of the boat. Not graceful but it works.
