Seems irresponsible to be allowed to abandon a boat still afloat that could potentially be a menace and hazard to other boats
Irresponsible? Take it up with the US Navy who left it adrift after the rescue. I would not worry about getting hit by that particular boat, it is just a speck of dust in all the trash floating out there.
Get on the boat, hacksaw through the raw water intake for the engine and open the seacock for god's sake or leave it alone and stop complaining
Probably not, but it makes for a better story when you are shopping the book deal. Just like when the sharks were teaching their young how to hunt using them, and the fact that they were in the sharks living room but didn't know it ( what kind of couches to sharks have in their living rooms?)
