Really appreciate everyone's feedback on this and am disappointed that I've not yet had a chance to spend some time out on the trailer working on it. Trying to finish two rooms upstairs in our house in anticipation of our 2nd addition to the family. Once that's done, I hope to have some time to do it before he gets here. I'll certainly update the post.

By the way Kermit, check your car lights on the rear as I forgot to tell you several weeks ago you green frog. Hey did you leave a family of those critters at my house.
Not sure if brake, turn, or running lights but check them on the rear of you car. As for the frogs in my yard, did you drop warts off which they came from> Har har
