Topside Voids Along Galley Cover

I am looking at a 1988 Catalina 30 Mark II. I noticed there are some voids in the gel coat/fiberglass along the galley cover (see photo). They are similar on both sides, Port and Starboard.
Is this a common problem on 1980 vintage Catalina 30's?
Is this a show stopper to prevent purchasing? (massive topside de-lamination repairs?)

I am wondering if these grooves can be simply dremeled out, and filled with Marine-Tex, OR would a fiberglass repair be needed?

Has anybody else seen this problem at these locations?

A little filler and you will be ok as long as you take a look for any cracks that might have developed.

Check for soft spots. If none. Clean out and fill. Good to go.
