Strut/Cutlass Bearing Replacement for Yam 25

Have any of you Yam 25 owners replaced the cutlass bearing on the prop shaft? Where would I go to order the bearing? I've seen it done on Youtube using a $200 kit for a similar sized boat.

I've replaced it 2 years ago. Bought the part at a local shop(in Hong Kong). I borrowed a DIY tool from a boating friend to pull out the old one(which was found to be a nylon DIY bearing!!) and install the replacement. Took around an hour and a half to complete the task,. It could take much shorter time with a decent proper tool, I guess.
