Strut Bolt Leakage

I have 95' C30 MKlll which appears to have a leak coming from the strut bolts under the hot water heater. Has anyone had this problem? I need to remove the hot water heater to examine the area. How do you remove the hot water heater neatly?

Removing a water heater

Since Catalina put it together, they should be able to tell you the best way to take it apart. Why not contact them through the link below.
