Stability Index of 110 per ISO 12217-2A

Does anyone know or know where to find the Stability Index for a C30 per ISO 12217-2A. It is the angle of positive stability or the angle beyond which the boat will become stable when inverted. there are minimum values that must be met or some distance races.

One boat needs to be measured and rated under IRC or ORC for that to happen. Its the only way. The first owner willing to do that pays the freight.
