Source for cleats on a 38

I have a '76 C&C 38 and the bow & stern cleats are just about had it from tied to the dock in a saltwater environment. They are about 8" long 4 holer low profile cleats that I'd like to replace before my club and insurance company starts to bitch. They are a type of alum. or alloy and I've found similar is S/S on the net but the holes won't line up. I'd rather like to replace them exactly, at least the hole pattern lining up, so I don't have to drill etc.
Anyone?

Have you tried South Shore Yachts in Ontario Canada? They bought up all the old C&C parts and supplier connections.
