hi, I’m interested in adding solar power and am interested in seeing how other 356’s have set them up as well as any helpful hints. Thanks.

I have 2 195 watt solar off my arch and even have wires go through the stain less arch down to to nav station where charge controller under the nav station and remote up top.

I take all my canvas off in July and August and Sept and do not remove the solar panels,I go north in my MH.
No problem removing my Bimini a few times to spray 303 water proofing.
I did use aluminum angel but wish I used more of the round stainless only to make cleaner look, but the aluminum helps keep the panels strong and they never move and never even shake.

Nice. We just arrived in Marco Island and found the trip down (we trucked to St Augustine) a challenge without solar. Looking into how much etc, there’s a lot to learn. Cheers
