Cover over my 2003 C310 ignition switch finally gave up. Ordered one From Catalina Direct and the one they sent has "fine" threads and the old one has "coarse" threads as result won't screw on. Called
Catalina factory and they said that is a panel attachment and they don't have them. Seaward
who made the panel is out of business. Anyone have the same problem?

Try Dennis Igarashi, digarashi@earthlink.net, 626-374-6422. Last I knew he could supply most of the Seaward panels and parts. Very helpful when I was looking for parts.

Clyde, are you looking for the cover for the key switch or the starter push button switch?

I didn't know those had a cover, but thanks to Jessie I'll add one to our C310.

Because of bird greetings and few other things pressure wash my boat each week before sailing and like to
keep moisture out of key ignition switch.

Clydo ......... I used the rubber foot pad you see on ironing boards. I also used one where the hand held mike plugs in. They work really well .
